Roof rooms and loft conversions

The main advantage of Roof Rooms are that they can be constructed while you are living in your home within 2-3 months at a lower cost than concrete construction.

It is ideal to add extra space to your home for an office, b&b, etc.

Roof rooms are constructed using lightweight materials that are SABS approved. You would not need to alter your home's foundations. Instead of laying a concrete slab, treated pine beams are installed between your existing ceiling and the new wooden floor above.

Existing roofing like roof tiles are removed and replaced on the new roof room.

Depending on your home stairs can be built on the inside or outside to provide access to the roof room
